Tim has been coaching me for over a year now and I can by far say he is the best coach I’ve ever had! He is extremely passionate about what he does and that is reflected in his attitude and commitment to my training. He knows how to push me outside of my comfort zone whilst at the same time listening too and understanding my limitations. He is such an attentive and dedicated coach, I have reached goals I never would’ve thought imaginable without him. If you are looking to become the best version of yourself, Tim is your guy!

After having ankle surgery back in February 2021 and not walking for weeks which then resulted in not training for months, I finally built up the courage and felt okay enough to start getting back into training but knew I needed someone there to support me. I have been with Tim since June 2021 and he has helped me so much towards achieving all my goals and supporting me to ensure my technique is spot on. I feel so confident now and feel stronger every single session, smashing personal bests that I never thought were possible for me! I highly recommend TWT and cannot wait to continue smashing my goals with Coach Tim.

I had been suffering from lower back pain so I decided that I needed some extra help with my technique. Tim is so knowledgeable and welcoming! After only a few sessions I noticed a significant difference and haven't had any back pain since! Tim helped me to increase my confidence and to believe in myself while not having to worry about hurting my back as I was assured I was doing the exercises correctly. I would highly recommend TWT to anyone who wants to work on technique, suffers from pain or just wants someone to keep you accountable!

I have been training with Tim now for almost two years and could not be happier! Coming from a dancing background with limited experience in the gym, Tim provided me with such useful advice on how to improve my form and technique from my first training session. Tim’s attention to detail on correct lifting technique has helped me achieve new personal bests across all of my lifts! Tim always has a smile on his face and radiates positivity! Tim’s positive attitude has been a great help in pushing me to achieve my goals. I do not know where I would be without the help and encouragement from Tim. I am loving every session and seeing the results I always wanted. I would recommend Tim to anyone wanting to smash those gym goals, be persistent and change their lives.
